ProductHunterz is an e-commerce platform designed to help businesses source products. We offer both factory-direct drop-shipped products and limited in-stock items ready for quick shipping from our North American warehouse.
• Dropshipping Site: All orders require a minimum of $100 and include free shipping. • In-Stock Site: Items are stored in our North American warehouse and available in limited quantities. Shipping costs apply to all in-stock orders, regardless of order amount.
Our homepage provides links to both options. You can select the Dropshipping Site for factory-direct products or the In-Stock Site for items available immediately from our North American warehouse.

2. Orders and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Yes, MOQ policies differ based on the site: • Dropshipping Site: A minimum order of $100 is required, with free shipping included. • In-Stock Site: No minimum order is required, though shipping fees apply to all orders.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Dropshipping Site: Free shipping is available for orders over $100. • In-Stock Site: Shipping costs apply to all orders, regardless of order total.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for defective items. To initiate a return, please provide:
• Proof of defect: Include images of the defect and a brief explanation.
• Timeframe: Returns for defects must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Once reviewed, our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the approved return.

5. Products and Inventory

• Dropshipping Site: Products ship directly from the factory, which may affect delivery times. • In-Stock Site: Items are ready for immediate dispatch from our North American warehouse and available in limited quantities.
Each product listing on both sites specifies availability. The In-Stock Site exclusively features items ready to ship immediately.

6. Account and Support

Creating an account is required to track orders, manage addresses, and access special offers. Registering is quick and easy on both sites!

7. Payments and Billing

We accept major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and PayPal. Please note, we do not accept American Express (Amex) at this time.
Once an order is submitted, the payment method cannot be changed.
